Ödül was born in Ankara in Turkey. After finishing high school she studied economics at Anadolu University in Eskisehir. In her final year she started as a professional singer at Hayal Kahvesi. She took part at many events and in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir, Antalya, Bodrum and elsewhere.
In 2009 she took part in an international music project group called Funk Alaturka where eastern musical styles fuse with western music. Ödül & Funk Alaturka still work together, performing on television, at festivals, concerts, private events and regular live music programmes.
In 2013 Odul released her first album called “Ada”, by Poll Production.
In 2018 Ödül’s second album “Brütüs” was produced by Funk Alaturka Müzik Yapim.
In 2019-2020 Ödül worked at Show Radio as an assistant anchorman on a programme called “Kabareden Naklen” presented by Okan Bayülgen. Also she was a member of the jury on the TV programme “Benimle Söyle” on one of the mainstream TV Channels. In 2019 March she started her acting career at “Harem Kabare” theatre in a play written and directed by Okan Bayülgen.In October 2020 she started acting in her next theatre play “Amerikano” produced by Dada Salon Cabaret.

In May 2023, she released children’s songs consisting of two albums in English and Turkish under the name of Smart Happy Baby.
Ödül is still carrying on with both her music and theatre careers and she is married to Mehmet Ozcirpan and they have a baby boy called Arden.
